WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal, along with major credit and debit cards such as VIsa, Mastercard and Maestro.
HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT INFORMATION IS PRIVATE AND SECURE?
We use secure payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe to keep your banking information safe and inaccessible to third parties. In addition to this, we host our website through a secure SSL server which ensures your checkout experience remains private.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We sure do. If you’re not pleased with a product purchased from thrivinggoodlife.com, just contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we’ll give you a refund. See our Returns policy for full details.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, we ship within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). The United States and Canada. We’re looking to open this up to more countries soon, so please stay tuned.
WHAT WILL IT COST TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
If you’re in the UK (including Mainland, Highlands, and Northern Ireland), we charge a flat rate of £3.99 per order under £35. For all orders over £35 shipping is free.
If you’re outside of the UK, shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. The cost will be displayed at checkout. Once you’ve input your address details on the checkout page, you’ll be able to see the shipping price before going ahead with your order.
HOW WILL I KNOW YOU’VE SHIPPED MY ORDER?
We’ll send you an email to confirm when we’ve shipped your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES WHEN ORDERING FROM ABROAD?
For items shipped internationally, there may be additional customs tariffs or charges to pay. These fees are set by your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and therefore can’t calculate or predict what these might be.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are prepared and shipped from the United Kingdom (UK).
If you’re in the UK we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving email confirmation of your purchase.
If you’re in the United States or Canada, it’ll take approximately 6-8 days for you to receive your parcel. That said, sometimes there are postal delays that are beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated in the event of any delays occurring.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?
Unfortunately not. But, if you catch us before your order is shipped, we can cancel your order and you can go ahead and make a new order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Hopefully, this will never happen, but in the unlikely event that it does, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort this out for you.
