This page outlines the details of our returns Policy, including when a product is eligible/ineligible for a refund, or exchange, and how to return an item.

Returns for Physical Products

If you’re not pleased with a product purchased from thrivinggoodlife.com, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product, and we’ll give you a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund, we’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email this to: contact@thrivinggoodlife.com detailing the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include any supporting evidence such as photos or video footage.

We’ll then provide you with a reference number and an address where you can return the item.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All products not returned in accordance with this Policy will be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned. These include: items that have been personalised or customised in any way, downloadable digital products and gift cards.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after initial delivery will not be eligible for refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund shows up in your account.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to contact@thrivinggoodlife.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returning an item bought as a gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once we’ve received the return, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

Returns for Digital Downloads/Printables

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t issue a refund or exchange. But please do get in touch and we’ll do our best to make things right.
