This page outlines the details of our Refunds and Returns Policy, including when a product is eligible for a replacement, refund, or exchange, and how to request support.
1. Returns for Physical Products
Because our physical products are printed on demand just for you, they are considered made-to-order items and are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your receipt or proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.

We’ll review your request, and once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
If a return is requested (in rare cases where it is appropriate), the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us within 14 days of approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank for further information

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@thrivinggoodlife.com within 14 days of delivery.
Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return, if eligible. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
2. Returns Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (PDFs, workbooks, templates), all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. By purchasing a digital product, you understand and agree to these terms.
If your file is defective or you have any issues, please do contact us. We want to make sure you have a good experience, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
